Hexacta’s professionals contributed to this year´s Microsoft Dev Camp by talking about Azure Data.

On October 31st, Hexacta’s project managers Eric Delahaye and Juan Emilio Inzaurraga participated at the Microsoft Cloud´s Dev Camp by giving a talk on Microsoft Azure and its data storage solutions . The day-long event took place in Hotel Madero in Puerto Madero, Buenos Aires, and around 40 software developing professionals from different businesses were present in it.

Dev Camp is a free event for developers, where Microsoft technical experts, such as Eric and Juan, gave talks on how to use Azure’s new functions, including virtual machines, websites and Visual Studio 2013 to build and move a great variety of applications to the cloud. The participating developers were able to see how to develop websites, mobile and business applications using Azure.

Our professionals focused on data storage solutions using different storage systems such as SQL, NoSQL and Blobs. They not only explained how to do it, but shared and transmitted their experiences with the developers, using them as examples to illustrate the process.

Hexacta was invited to give this talk since we are partners with Microsoft since 2001, and we are recognized experts in the field.
