During October and November, our Scrum Alliance trainers dictated a one-month long course on Agile Methodologies , where over 25 people joined us in our offices in Buenos Aires.

The complexity of software development projects has caused Project Management methodologies to “explode” in recent years. In this course, we addressed several of these methodologies whose guiding principles are (for some) extrapolated to the rest of the disciplines. The course addressed an overview of methodologies and focused in agile methodologies, comparing them with others.

Our Scrum Alliance registered instructors Tomás Henseler, Manuel Ilencheta, Cristian López and Pablo Pecora focused mainly on two of them, Scrum and Kanban, using both practical and theoretical classes.

Our course’s attendees described it as “dynamic”, with “clear concepts” and put a strong emphasis on how knowledgeable our instructors were.
